In addition to thorough guidance, Derek keeps his client's best interest at heart at all times - never pushing decisions but instead encouraging clients to think through each scenario thoroughly before making a decision. He also makes a diligent effort to be readily available - answering the phone and staying involved throughout the whole real estate process. After the close, he reaches out to see how his clients are doing and continues to nurture his relationships. 

When he's not busy with real estate, Derek pursues his passions. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his daughters’ soccer teams and playing basketball and volleyball. Derek has a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and is a three time national point sparring champion. He also enjoys spending time in the great outdoors - often camping and fishing at New Mexico lakes.
